Zachary W. Salaysay, AGPCNP-BC

Zack obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University in 2015. He then went on to complete his Master of Science degree in Nursing to become a nurse practitioner at the University of Michigan in 2018. He is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

Zack was drawn to geriatric care at a young age when he took on the role of caregiver for his grandfather. His passion comes from helping patients and families navigate today’s complex health-care system, as well as managing the many challenges one may face as they age. He believes in patient- and family-centered care where communication and quality of life are always in the forefront.

When not providing care, Zack enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also loves to cook, travel, and golf.
